Also known as the Universal Model of Leadership, The Profile is unique because it reveals a leader's underlying operating system - the internal assumptions and beliefs that guide behaviour and are reflected in the impact we have.

I am fully certified in the use of the Profile. It is an undeniably powerful tool to kick start the coaching journey either on an individual one-to-one or group workshop level.
